The concept behind this album design was to reflect mental health and the artists struggle with his. Random strips of colour on the front and back cover combine at precarious angles to reflect anxiety, whilst the inner sleeve strips become less acute, culminating in a single level strip in the centre of the actual vinyl. A visual metaphor of moving from a state of anxiety to calm. A limited edition run of 500 copies were produced on green vinyl with a spot UV to the covers coloured bars.
